Raf Simons continues to experiment with usage of straps, colors, and unique materials in his footwear collection. This Snow Boot offered in the current SS08 collection caused quite a stir when shown on the runway. According to Oki-Ni, “This directional boot has a white patent leather square toe with a cork laminated heel and black suede lining. The multicoloured rectangular layered sole is 1.5″ deep with a hidden 1/2″ padded inner. The multicoloured velcro strap fastenings are fully adjustable. When worn, the top of the boot sits comfortably above the ankle.”
