The people from Converse just sent us this very nice pair of hi-tops paying homage to the Doors.   The commemorative hi tops come in sage canvas and translucent outsoles that reveal the band’s iconic logo.  A comfort-pack footbed and zipper accent makes this shoe an exceptional version of the traditional Chuck Taylor All-Star.

Charismatic frontman, Jim Morrison, farfisa maestro Ray Manzarek, guitarist Robby Krieger and drummer John Densmore carefully crafted a psychedelic blend of rock, blues, jazz, latin groove and sonic experimentations, making them rock legends.  And now Converse pays homage to their indelible influence with this commemorative product.
