The recession blues have most people cautious about their spending. However, let’s be realistic.  ‘We,’ meaning the ‘many,’ still turn to shopping when A.) Get broken- up with by a lame b.f. or g.f.  B.) Will be in attendence to a very fashionable event or C.) ‘Want,’ or depending on the situation, ‘need’ a design that you have been eyeing for an entire season. Basically, whether it is retail therapy or plain ol’ girly fun, selective shopping for those quality pieces isn’t the worst thing you could spend your duckets on.
