Obama is a charismatic speaker, I am constantly in awe at his ability to own his unique standing in government.

The recession is taking its toll on art museums and galleries across the country. Many are being forced to cut their budgets and staff and raise admission fees, while others are not able to pursue ambitious projects, some have even had to shut down, and a couple have been bailed out by billionaire philanthropists (L.A’s Museum of Contemporary Art being one).  →
