Musician, Sean Bones, just revealed his new feature-length film, Wah Do Dem (What They Do) and it will be premiering at the Narrative Competition Round of the LA Film Festival on June 20th & 24th. He recently screened the film in New York to a sold out crowd in Tribeca at The Anthology Archives (and Damon Dash was there)!

L.A. FILM FESTIVAL SCREENINGS:
Saturday June 20 9:30pm at the Regent Theater
Wednesday June 24 4:30pm at the Landmark 4

The Film Synopsis: Max’s (Sean Sullivan) dream Caribbean cruise becomes a solitary odyssey after his girlfriend (Norah Jones) dumps him days before their departure. Now, he’ll have to go with the Jamaican flow in this disarming and incisive debut feature.  The film was directed by Ben Chase and Sam Fleischne and also features Suckers, members of MGMT, Yeasayer, the Congos, and Carl Bradshaw.

Sean Bone’s debut LP, “Rings” also will be coming out on Frenchkiss Records July 21st! The album (just like his film) will be featuring the lovely, Norah Jones!
