Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is starting their program in Topanga canyon at Topanga Elementary school (in the center of the little town) on Wednesday November 4th.  For those of you who don’t know about CSA, basically, for $25 you can pick up a bag of local, organic produce at any of our 6 locations and $2 goes to the location…most are elementary schools.  They will let you choose some of the items and you can participate every week or every other.  This is a great way to support your local farms as well as schools at the same time.  And boy do those kids need to see some real food…..unlike what they are giving them in the lunchroom!
