Yeasayer – “Ambling Alp”

 

Experimental psych-pop band Yeasayer are no strangers to technical wizardry. Their live sets are known to immerse the  audience in light and sound with trippy visual effects. In the video for “Ambling Alp,” their latest single off the forthcoming Odd Blood (2010), the members of Yeasayer are in what resembles a Jodorowsky Western full of hooded riders and psycho-magic. The band’s follow-up to 2007’s All Hour Cymbals will be out next February on Secretly Canadian (U.S.) and Mute Records (international).
