Fool’s Gold

After the flurry of seven SXSW shows and two amazing performances with Tinariwen in New York City, Fool’s Gold are ready to kick it up a notch, announcing an April European tour, followed by select dates on the west coast of the continent, including a performance at Sasquatch! Music Festival and a blowout at the Hollywood Bowl in June.On top of that, they are releasing the stylishly crafted video for their bouncy number, “Nadine.” Directed By Adria Petty, “Nadine” captures Fool’s Gold inside a mausoleum at The Hollywood Forever Cemetery on a rare, rainy Los Angeles night. The song laments the mysteries of desire with a nod to early American R&B and Ethiopian soul. Fool’s Gold performed live for a few dozen friends and thousands were in attendance.
