“Wide Eyes”

Silverlake quintet Local Natives premiered their brand new video for Gorilla Manor opener “Wide Eyes” on Pitchfork.  The clip is a trying tale of a young man and a shark, and the madness that ensues when said shark stalks said young man.

The band has also been continuing to offer stems from Gorilla Manor on their website for fans and friends to remix tracks from the record, and they just added a few more songs up there.  Go to here to listen to a new “Shape Shifter” remix from Superhumanoids, and grab stems from “Shape Shifter,” “Sun Hands,” “Sticky Thread” and “Cards and Quarters” which are now all available for remix duties while you’re at it.

Local Natives are currently on a headlining tour with The Love Language and The Union Line.  After several more stops throughout the Midwest and South, after which The Ruby Suns will replace The Love Language on the remainder of the US tour.
