Buster Keaton is one of my heroes; someone who I look up to for cinematic inspiration. What he had brought to the silent films through his ingenious sense of comedy, style and sheer physical abilities is extraordinary. The man managed to stay impeccably dressed, while performing some of his death-defying action sequences. I wish more men could dress like Buster and understand the importance of presentation like he does. Take a look at the clip above for some memorable scenes of Buster in action perfectly in sync to the soundtrack of a Radiohead medley with songs including "Electioneering," and "Let Down."
Sometimes a night out on the town is all about seeing if sparks fly. Or smoldering in the face of an old flame. Or just another excuse to dress extension cord optional. Like Hussein Chalayan’s Spring/Summer 2008 collection featuring laser beams and Swarovski crystals, rhyme & reason’s illuminated pieces assure you’ll be spotted from across a crowded room →

I’m living right now in Paris so I would say the 9th of Paris. It is like a village with nice product and quality of life, very close from Montmartre & Pigale with a perfect mix of people, community and races. I like to feel around people coming from everywhere in the world, it is the best to share culture and life style.

Creative Recreation is proud to introduce their highest tier product yet, The Italian Collection. One should note the new top notch quality cupsole. Some of you might have seen this similar cupsole in the footwear collections of Lanvin, Margiela, Raf Simons and Kris Van Assche. Creative Recreation is finding themselves in quite good company. This particular model is the Corrozo, a nice interpretation of a high top meets a moon boot. The two velcro straps add a dimension that goes well with the heightened tongue. Once again, one more example of Creative Recreation’s role entering the high end sneaker market.

Thom Browne looks at mens fashion from a very practical point of view, this is partly the reason why I enjoy his clothing. Yet at the same time, here’s a man that jogs every day in Central Park, eats breakfast at the same Diner every day and cuts his hair at a traditional barbershop. He was once quoted as saying that a man should not spend more than $30.00 on a hair cut. And yet his suits command the prestigious cost of $5,000.00. It is the eccentricities of the man that makes him a great designer.
A man with great personal style and class, he was completely helpful in my pursuit to capture his outfit in the best of my abilities. He is the one that suggested this location that served as a perfect backdrop to his magnificent ensemble. I look forward to running into him again.

Just when you thought sunglasses couldn’t get anymore innovative, enter the brilliant designers at Mosley Tribes. Appropriately titled the ‘Gates’ frame, these glasses allow you to be ‘that dude’ inside the club who wears his sunglasses all the while allowing you to flip your frames up, letting you bring the ‘extra’ to the party. Ok there really is no cool way to explain how cool these glasses are. I gotta be honest though, the glasses definitely make me think of Dwayne Wayne from a Different World. Keepin’ it fresh to def!
